Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

Warranty Claim

We offer a 1-year warranty on all items for manufacturing defects. To submit a warranty claim please send an e-mail to service@dare2ride.com along with your receipt or order confirmation and your mailing address.

We will then send you an RMA form. Once you complete and send it back to us, along with a short video or photos of the issue we will issue you an RMA number.

You can then send your trainer back to us. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Once we receive your trainer and validate your claim we will send you a payment link to cover the shipping costs for a replacement trainer/product. Once that is paid we will send the replacement trainer right away.

Refund

If you would like to return your trainer for a refund, you’re welcome to return it within fourteen days from the date of delivery for a refund.
